Mr. Segun Akano, a member of the Nigeria Internet Registration Association (NiRA) Board and the M.D/CEO of Upperlink Limited; an indigenous software development company in Nigeria. He is also the liaison to the At-Large Advisory Committee (ALAC) by the Country Code Names Supporting Organization (ccNSO). ALAC is an advisory committee to Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), the organization that administers the Internet’s Domain Name System and addressing system.
