Benjamin Akinmoyeje is the M&E and eHealth Advisor on the USAID funded Care and Treatment for Sustained Support project(CaTSS). For nine years, he has worked on two previous MSH Nigeria projects supporting people living with HIV/AID and TB; Orphans and Vulnerable Children and women by providing appropriate support in the use of ICT. He has a handful of IT certifications, with skills in design and implementation of computer networks, computer security, database and java programming. He is passionate about Open Source Software applications and open data and is presently building his capacity as a data scientist. Akinmoyeje also initiated the MSHNigeria Idealab a physical space to develop innovative mHealth pilots to support various project interventions especially to strengthen mobile data collection, job aids for Community Health workers and quality patient data management to improve care.He contributed to the development of the newly approved Nigerian National Health ICT Strategic framework and Federal Capital Territory eHealth policy. He is also the West Africa coordinator for the ICT for Social Innovation network (ICT4SI.org).
